CTO / Head of IT / Team Lead with their team to Serbia There is a request from a fintech company to form a strong tech core for a payment product: backend, infra, support, analysis, QA.

Domain: technical payment aggregator, highload, microservices, transactional circuit, merchant support, 24/7 critical operations.

Stack: Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Elasticsearch, REST/gRPC, AWS, Terraform, Argo CD, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.

It is possible to join as a ready-made unit: CTO / Head of IT + Team Lead + Go backend + DevOps + SysAdmin + BA + Head of Support + L1/L2 + QA.

Ideally, if the team has already worked together and knows how to:

— build architecture and processes; — maintain reliability and delivery; — build support / incident management; — work in fintech / payments / processing.

Location: Serbia, Belgrade is prioritized.
