Tested over 10 CRM systems from various vendors as the sole QA in the team, conducted 32 epics with a 98% successful deployment rate, including large epics of 14–18 tasks, promptly closing security bugs within 3 hours and identifying complex API errors that could lead to customer data loss. Utilizes AI tools to accelerate routine tasks, builds QA processes from scratch, and takes on the most challenging Emergency tasks.
