🌐 Our flagship product is Jobescape: an AI platform with a valuation of $50M, operating in the US and Tier-1 markets.
We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Analyst to help develop data infrastructure, build reliable ETL processes, and maintain data quality. The primary focus of the role is data engineering and data quality assurance, but there will also be involvement in analytical tasks and working with business metrics.
What you will do
• Develop and maintain data pipelines • Build and optimize ETL processes using Python, SQL, and Apache Airflow • Work with ClickHouse Cloud: tables, queries, performance, storage optimization • Integrate new data sources into the existing infrastructure • Set up data quality checks • Improve the reliability of existing pipelines and troubleshoot errors • Conduct ad-hoc analytics on product, marketing, and payment metrics
What is important to us
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Analytics • Strong SQL: CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, query optimization • Experience with ClickHouse or other DWH / OLAP databases • Proficient Python for data processing and automation • Practical experience with Apache Airflow • Understanding of ETL / ELT, data warehouses, data marts, and data modeling • Experience working with large datasets • Understanding of data quality processes • Ability to understand existing pipelines and improve current logic
Will be a plus
• Experience with GCP • Data integration from external APIs • Experience with marketing, product, or payment data • Experience preparing data for Tableau • Understanding of product metrics: funnel, conversion rate, retention, LTV, ARPU / ARPPU • Experience with pipeline monitoring and alert setup • Basic understanding of A/B testing
