We are developing 5heads — an AI unit within Pragmatica.
This is a space for experimentation, R&D, and launching new AI solutions at the intersection of design, technology, and product thinking.
We are currently looking for a Design Lead who will lead commercial projects.
Responsibilities
Who we are looking for
An experienced art director / design lead for a commercial project (OLV AI commercial).
We need someone with experience in strong commercial full-AI commercials who can lead the project from start to finish together with the producer.
We are looking for someone who can maintain the project's idea and quality throughout the work.
We value someone who is well-versed in the current AI landscape and understands how to bring AI projects to completion.
Requirements
What is important
- Experience in implementing commercial AI video projects (advertisements)
- Ability to identify weaknesses in a brief and enhance the idea
- Directorial thinking: ability to construct visual narrative, rhythm, scene coherence, and overall completeness of the commercial
- Understanding of editing and experience with video format
- Ability to make artistic decisions and guide the team (two AI artists)
- Confident client communication — you will need to present and defend solutions to the client team together with the producer
- Confident command of current AI tools for video and image generation
- It is important that the person not only manages the process but can also independently assemble and implement key parts of the project by hand if necessary
- Confident command of key AI tools and neural networks (including tools like Weavy, experience with ComfyUI + also working hands-on if necessary is a plus)
Will be a big plus
- Experience in CG / 3D
- Experience working with animated characters
- Cases where 2D characters or stylized elements are integrated into a realistic world
- Experience in advertising/music videos
Soft skills
- Openness to experiments and initiative
- Basic management skills (time management, priority management)
- Adherence to agreements and responsibility for results
- Comfortable communication with the team and clients

How we will work
- Full-time with flexible start at 9:00, 10:00 and end of day by 18:00, 19:00 Moscow time.

- Probationary period - 3 months.
- After the probationary period - assessment.
