We aim to build the omnichannel retail of the future and are launching a large-scale initiative for the robotization and automation of all processes – Robotics.
Responsibilities:
- develop and implement functional modules of the software package for managing X5's automated logistics centers;
- participate in product design and development;
- implement tasks within the overall project development plan, using modern development practices;
- control code quality, its documentation, and maintain repositories in order;
- participate in the integration of our systems with industrial equipment (conveyors, palletizing robots, automatic stacker cranes);
- support commissioning and implementation processes of solutions at sites.
Requirements:
- Java experience of 3+ years;
- Deep knowledge of OOP principles;
- Confident command of Spring Framework (Web, Data), working with ORM;
- Interaction with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred);
- Understanding of clean, maintainable code principles (abstractions, interfaces);
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
- Experience with Kafka, Mosquitto, or similar message brokers;
Will be a plus:
- Experience with industrial protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA).
