🔥 Head of Frontend Engineering (70+ engineers)

We are looking for a Head of Frontend Engineering to lead a large engineering unit (frontend + UI/design) and be responsible for team scaling, lead development, architecture, and product quality. This is a Head/Director level role where the focus is not on code, but on systems, people, and processes.

What you will do: — manage a team of 70+ people through team leads — develop engineering leaders — build and improve development processes — participate in architecture (including microfrontends) — hire and develop key engineers — cross-functional work with product and design

Requirements: — experience managing 40+ people (through team leads) — strong frontend background — experience scaling teams and processes — experience developing engineers and leads — understanding of complex frontend architectures

Technology stack: Vue / React, TypeScript, microfrontends, Webpack, Jest
