Product Analyst (Digital Product Analyst)

🚀 Home Credit Bank has an opening for a Product Analyst (Digital Product Analyst)

We are looking for an analyst who will help develop digital products through data: analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and product funnels, identify growth points, and test hypotheses.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Analyze MAU, DAU, retention, churn, conversion, LTV, and other product metrics;
• Research customer scenarios and identify drop-off points;
• Formulate and test product hypotheses, participate in A/B tests;
• Evaluate the impact of product changes;
• Work with SQL and Python;
• Create and develop dashboards in Power BI;
• Monitor tracking quality in GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, IT, designers, and other analysts;
• Present findings and propose specific recommendations.

🔹 What will be important: SQL, Python, Power BI, Google Analytics, understanding of product analytics and digital services, ability to work with data and see customer behavior behind the numbers.

Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Google Play Console, and AI tools will be an advantage.
