Description
The SberBPM system is a product that enables the formation of a comprehensive understanding and management of the lifecycle of customer journeys and processes. The system consolidates all information on customer journeys and processes in one place (registries, ownership, regulation, metrics, application of AI in processes) and provides a wide set of tools and services for managing, redesigning, and monitoring the effectiveness of customer journeys and processes with the aim of their continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- develop AI agents from idea to production deployment (data collection and search, preprocessing, AI agent architecture development, PoC creation, conducting demos, MVP refinement, microservice creation, deployment and launch into PROD).
- improve existing and develop new AI agents for analyzing the execution effectiveness of processes in the Bank, as well as generating insights based on process execution monitoring and feedback from various sources.
- participate in the industrial scaling of created AI agents.
- solve classical NLP tasks (engage in semantic search, clustering, classification, summarization, paraphrasing, etc.).
- interact with the business customer to define requirements and set tasks.
- train and adapt LLMs to solve tasks within the product (SFT, prompt-tuning, RAG).
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- relevant education (applied mathematics, computer science, theoretical and applied linguistics).
- strong proficiency in Python.
- deep knowledge in NLP (statistical methods (n-grams, tf-idf), neural networks (convolutional, recurrent), transformers).
- experience in applying various methods of adapting and fine-tuning language models (fine-tuning, p-tuning, prompt-tuning, SFT).
- proficiency in Python libraries for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn).
- experience with ML/NLP frameworks and libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, pymorphy2, NLTK, Gensim, spacy, regexp).
- experience with bash/git.
- remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of NLP and LLMs.
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
- experience in using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and analogs in products; skills in creating and using AI agents.
- instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
