Requirements: Seeking a strong fullstack engineer for an AI/B2C product. We need someone who can quickly build a complete product: backend, frontend, integrations, infrastructure, and deploy it to production. What you'll be doing: Launching new AI/TMA/Telegram recruiter contact from scratch. Backend in Python/FastAPI (async, queues, integrations). Frontend in React/TypeScript. Working with real-time, event-driven, and highload scenarios. AI/LLM integrations, content generation, multimodal features. Rapid MVP → product iterations → production scaling. Participation in architectural and product decisions. Stack: Python 3.11+, AsyncIO, FastAPI PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis Kafka/RabbitMQ React, TypeScript, Next.js Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Telegram / TMA / aiogram What's important: Strong engineering mindset. Experience launching products from scratch. Confident backend + good frontend. Ownership and independence. Speed of work without sacrificing quality. Ability to make technical decisions and justify trade-offs. Will be a plus: Telegram Mini Apps. AI/LLM products. Realtime systems. Startup / small team experience. Experience working directly with founders.
