Management experience: From 3 years (Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Architect, etc.). Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis (optimization of raw SQL without ORM). Infrastructure: Docker (5+ years), Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s). Additional languages: Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust, C/C++ or C#. Architecture: Design of high-load systems (Highload). Innovations: Experience in implementing AI tools in teams.
