About us: A fintech platform providing payment processing services for various types of businesses (low-risk, middle-risk, and high-risk).
We are looking for a specialist in Telegram and AI content to develop channels and communities, create sales-oriented and engaging content, set up auto-funnels, and guide clients to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Management and moderation of Telegram channels and communities, handling comments.
- Development of content plans, writing sales-oriented and engaging posts, and scripts.
- Launching engaging activities: contests, AMAs, interactives.
- Generation of AI content (short video, avatars, visuals) using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.
- Setting up multi-accounts and auto-funnels, guiding users to purchase.
- Hypothesis testing, CTR/retention/conversion analysis, funnel optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing Telegram channels and communities.
- Skill in writing sales-oriented and engaging texts.
- Practical proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and metrics (CTR, retention, conversion).
- Experience with multi-accounting and rapid generation of tests/ideas.
- Speed, independence, ability to understand the audience.
- Experience in crypto/fintech/arbitrage, Telegram Ads, knowledge of CPA/LTV.
- Skills in working with bots and auto-funnels, portfolio of cases.

- Work format: remote, CET timezone
- Payment: base salary + KPI bonuses / % of turnover
