We are looking for a Senior Python Developer for a fintech startup
Work format: remote
Salary: from 5500 EUR
Key tasks: creation of 2 CRM systems
Required:
- Experience in commercial Python development — from 3 years.
- Confident knowledge of Frappe Framework — practical experience in developing custom applications, customizing DocType, writing Server/Client Scripts, working with Frappe API and framework architecture.
- Work with relational databases — confident knowledge of MariaDB/PostgreSQL: schema design, complex SQL queries, performance optimization.
- REST API development — design, documentation, and integration of external/internal APIs.
- Understanding of web application architecture — client-server interaction, asynchronous task processing (RQ/Celery), caching.
- DevOps basics — experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI), experience in deploying and supporting environments.
- Technical English — reading documentation, correspondence.
Will be a plus:
- Participation in CRM system development — experience in designing sales modules, funnels, communication automation, integration with telephony/messengers.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies/blockchain — integration with exchange APIs, working with cryptocurrency payment gateways, understanding blockchain node principles, experience with Web3.py or similar tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.js / Frappe UI) — frontend customization within Frappe.
- Understanding of business processes — experience interacting with analysts and clients, ability to decompose requirements.
Soft skills:
- Independence and responsibility for results.
- Ability to work with incomplete specifications and propose architectural solutions.
- English level: Intermediate and above.
