Requirements: Experience in development of 5+ years, with at least 1 year as Team Lead / Tech Lead. You know how to write code yourself and manage a team. You understand how to build a scalable architecture for highload. You know how to optimize databases and cache data (so it doesn't crash at 10k RPS). Experience with AI / LLM (not just calling APIs, but integrating into a product). Mandatory: Python (FastAPI / Django) - proficient, 4+ years. React or Vue / Next.js - basic level (to cover an admin panel or fix an interface). PostgreSQL (optimization, indexes, replication). Redis (caching, sessions, queues). Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Experience with AI (OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG, working with neural networks). Plus: ComfyUI, LoRA, ControlNet, video generation. ClickHouse (analytics, big data). Kubernetes / Docker Swarm. Experience with Telegram Mini Apps. Go (highload microservices).
