IT Project Manager

About the company: Prionex is an international IT company developing a CRM platform and an ecosystem of digital solutions for business. We work in an AI First format: artificial intelligence is the team's primary working tool, not an experiment. We are looking for not just a task coordinator, but an independent specialist who can manage processes, argue deadlines, and bring projects to completion.

📋 Responsibilities: • Receive tasks from management and clients, clarify requirements and organize their transfer to development. • Plan project implementation stages, agree on deadlines and priorities. • Coordinate task execution by the development team together with the Tech Lead. • Analyze effort estimates, argue deadlines, and look for opportunities to optimize them. • Monitor task completion, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of planned results. • Identify risks, delays, and blocking factors, and propose solutions in a timely manner. • Manage changes in requirements and plan adjustments. • Ensure effective interaction between management, developers, and clients. • Maintain up-to-date tasks and statuses in the project management system. • Provide management with clear reporting on project statuses, deadlines, and risks. • Participate in improving planning and development management processes.

🧠 We expect: • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software development projects. • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and development planning principles. • Ability to work with technical estimates, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines. • Skills in managing project risks and requirement changes. • Ability to constructively interact with developers and technical leads. • Independence, systematic thinking, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.

Will be an advantage: • Experience working with both internal IT products and external clients. • Experience building project management processes from scratch. • Understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases at a level sufficient for interaction with developers. • Experience in optimizing deadlines and increasing task completion predictability.
