Project: Image website for an architectural bureau

4. Employment: Project-based (full workload for 1.5 – 2.5 months)
5. Budget: from 300,000 ₽ to 500,000 ₽ (net, to be discussed after reviewing the technical specification)

Briefly about the project: Development of a super-fast multilingual (RU/EN) image website. • Stack: Strapi (CMS) + Next.js (Frontend) + GSAP (animations). • Infrastructure: Deployment on a dedicated VPS (Linux, Nginx, SSL, DB). • Key requirements: Critically high speed (90+ PageSpeed), complex smooth animations, full transfer of source code and Super Admin rights to the client.

Developer requirements: • 2-3 years of commercial web development experience with Next.js (React). • Experience with integration with Headless CMS (Strapi, Payload, or similar). • Confident command of GSAP (ScrollTrigger, smooth transitions). • Experience in independent deployment and administration of Linux servers. • Understanding of web optimization principles (WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, rendering).
