AI Engineer

What you will do

• Automate the calculation of payments, taking into account different formats of registration, currencies, and payment conditions, providing for necessary checks.
• Improve the processing of payment-related issues: help HR and the finance team find the necessary information faster and respond to employees.
• Consolidate data from different teams and tools into a unified process, reducing manual data transfer between systems and spreadsheets.
• Develop, launch, and maintain forms, bots, integrations, and small web services for these processes.
• Test solutions on real scenarios and refine them based on feedback.

What we expect

• Experience in developing, launching, and further supporting small applications or services: forms, bots, dashboards.
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.
• Experience working with LLM API: prompts, tool calls, structured output, and result verification.
• Ability to work with REST API, webhooks, and bots in Slack or Telegram.
• Independence in project management: ability to directly understand the process with the HR team, agree on requirements and access, test the solution, and regularly report progress and risks to the CTO.
• Attention to detail when working with financial data: experience in reconciliations and test runs, understanding where LLMs can be used and where calculations must follow strict rules.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in automating processes in Google Workspace, especially using Apps Script or Google Sheets.
