🕸 Requirements: • 5 years in IT support, including 3–5 years at L2 or system administrator level; • Practical experience administering macOS and Google Workspace; • Understanding of IAM: RBAC, SSO, SAML, SCIM, audits, and access reviews; • Troubleshooting skills, maintaining runbooks, and handling security incidents.
