We are looking for a TikTok Ads platform expert who would be interested in deepening their knowledge of the advertising platform's capabilities, building effective and trusting relationships with clients and the team.
In this role, you will go beyond simple task execution – you will be a strategic consultant for clients and a trusted partner for TikTok, helping to align business goals with platform capabilities.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting audits of client advertising campaigns, analyzing effectiveness, identifying growth opportunities, and providing recommendations for improving results.
- Managing advertising campaigns on TikTok to maximize effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Conducting onboarding calls for clients, helping them learn the platform.
- Assisting with TikTok Pixel setup and integration of various MMPs.
- Building effective communication with clients, immersing yourself in their needs.
- Developing strategic consultations and recommendations.
What we value in a candidate:
- Successful experience working with TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager, including a deep understanding of platform features, campaign setup, and optimization.
- Experience with MMPs: AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and provide recommendations aimed at improving campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly explain technically complex topics in Russian and English (from B2).
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and best practices for creatives is a strong advantage.
