☑️ Responsibilities -Agentic development — an essential part of the role. We are looking for a developer who regularly uses AI assistants and AI agents at work: during the design and implementation of functionality, working with existing code, refactoring, writing tests, searching for and fixing bugs. It's important for us not just to use AI for code generation, but to be able to provide the agent with the necessary context, decompose the task, manage its work process, and check the quality of the received result. -develop and enhance web applications on React and Node.js -implement functionality on frontend and backend -participate in the design of technical solutions and integrations -work with the existing codebase, perform refactoring and code review -participate in task estimation and decomposition -use AI agents as part of the daily development process -interact with analysts, QA, and team developers

☑️ Candidate Requirements -commercial experience in fullstack development at Middle+/Senior level -strong React and confident command of JavaScript/TypeScript -confident backend development experience with Node.js -practical experience of regular use of AI assistants and AI agents in development -good understanding of modern web application architecture, client-server interaction, and REST API -experience with relational databases -ability to independently design and implement technical solutions, understand the existing codebase -ability to decompose and estimate tasks, justify technical solutions, and be responsible for the quality of the result

Will be a plus: -experience in developing complex enterprise or high-load systems -experience in designing integrations between systems and services -experience with microservice architecture -experience participating in projects at an early stage and designing solutions from scratch
