🚀 We're Hiring a HubSpot CMS Pro.

We're looking for a freelance HubSpot CMS Developer to join us in building the next generation of digital experiences for FITOMAT and fitbox. Over the past year, we've built a solid foundation on HubSpot CMS. Most of our websites are fully modular, while our membership checkout is heavily built in HubL and continuously evolving. Now we're looking for someone who loves creating elegant solutions, improving user experiences and shipping features fast.

What you'll be working on:

🏋️ Developing and enhancing custom HubSpot CMS modules

💳 Continuously improving our HubL-based membership checkout

⚡ Optimizing performance, UX and conversion rates

🚀 Building new features that support the growth of FITOMAT and fitbox

You'll work hand in hand with our UX/UI Designer Chayenne Eiche and our Content Marketing Lead, Robert Kuyumdjan. Together, you'll (and I) transform ideas into beautiful, high-performing digital experiences that help our brands grow.

Who we're looking for:

• Strong experience with HubSpot CMS & HubL
• HTML, CSS & JavaScript (React is a plus)
• A proactive builder who enjoys solving problems
• Someone who doesn't just implement tasks, but actively contributes ideas and improvements

The setup:

📅 Start: asap ⏱️ 15–20 hours per week 🌍 Remote-first, but if you're based in Berlin, we'd love to grab a coffee from time to time.

We're moving away from the traditional agency model and are looking for a long-term freelance partner who values speed, ownership, flexibility and close collaboration.
