We need a Tech Lead for a cross-functional development team. We are looking for a strong engineer with management experience who is ready to write code, make technical decisions, and develop the team.
What you will be doing:
- Decompose tasks and distribute them within a team of 6-8 people (developers, analysts, testers)
- Monitor task deadlines and the quality of the team's work results
- Define the architecture and technology stack for new projects and tasks
- Write code, conduct code reviews, and help the team make technical decisions
- Develop the team, help engineers grow, share expertise, and foster an engineering culture
- Participate in team formation and conduct interviews
- Conduct onboarding of new employees together with HR
- Provide feedback and monitor the team climate
We expect you to have:
- At least one year of experience managing a development team
- Primarily be an engineer and be ready to write code independently
- Solid experience developing in PHP or C#
- Not be afraid to work with legacy code
- Be ready to make technical decisions and participate in architecture design
- Be able to establish development processes

- Experience managing a cross-functional team
- Experience conducting technical interviews
