Hello! We are Riften Works – a studio that creates 18+ games. Our flagship projects include A House in the Rift and the animated Horny Herring. We are looking for someone who can transform their promotion into truly engaging and high-quality campaigns. What's Required:
- 1+ year of experience in marketing/SMM
- Experience working with games and/or adult content;
- Solid understanding of Patreon, Reddit, Twitter (X), Discord, and other platforms;
- Fluent English and a strong sense of media culture, trends, and slang;
- Knowledge of and ability to use neural networks, photo and video editors to improve work quality;
- Ability to monitor campaign and social media analytics, draw conclusions, and propose improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan content (prepare and publish social media posts) and evaluate its effectiveness;
- Collaborate with the product owner and team to build project promotion strategies;
- Search for partners and negotiate cross-promotions with other developers;
- Launch and purchase advertising, calculate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience promoting adult games specifically;
- Cases with real, measurable results;
- Skills in graphic design or tasking artists and 3D artists.
