We are inviting a Senior/Tech Lead frontend developer with over 10 years of experience to join the core product team. Your role will be to solve various frontend tasks to create an industrial application server, which is a key part of our platform.

About the project:

The Global ERP application server is the execution environment for business application logic written in Scala. The server is written in Java, JS, and TypeScript. It manages executable code loading, user sessions, transactions, and database access. Global-Framework, as part of the server, provides an API for UI interaction, a set of high-level UI primitives (frame containers, lists, editors, charts, Gantt chart, CAD, and others), an abstract meta-model of applications, and tools for executing DSL and debugging. The web client forms the user interface based on the application model built on the server using metadata from the business logic layer. Together, they enable rapid creation of ERP, CRM, and MES business applications.

Responsibilities:

— Development of a wide range of reusable web components for the Global framework, from simple editors to complex controls such as gantt, grid, kanban, various charts, and others; — Participation in architecture development and solution design; — Organization of development processes to improve product quality and team productivity; — Writing unit and visual tests; — Development of the company's internal development environment.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary vocational technical education. A degree in Computer Science will be an advantage;
• Significant experience in frontend or fullstack development;
• Confident command of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, Vue, or Angular;
• Solid understanding of software architecture;
• Experience using modern AI tools in daily development;
• Extensive experience of over 10 years in solving non-trivial tasks (you have something to share about your previous experience).

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of Java technologies (e.g., Jetty) — Experience in developing reusable web components.

It will not be easy, but it will be interesting. — Currently, we are transitioning the Frontend layer from GWT to TypeScript and React. — We write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, use agile development methodologies, build a self-organizing team, and foster an open environment for making the best decisions. — Retrospective and feedback are the cornerstones of our activity. — We believe that developing a quality product is ultimately cheaper than developing a poor-quality one. — We prefer open technologies. — The team's work involves the following terms: ci&cd, gradle, sbt, git, gitlab, uml, trello, vscode, intellijIdea, wiki, jenkins, mattermost, scala, python, typescript, react, golang, npm, jest, puppeteer, docker, devcontainer, LXC, sphinx-doc, and many others. For product development, we use third-party products and components: sencha, ag-grid, infinispan, antlr, jetty, jasper, postgreSQL. We continuously improve development methodologies and enhance our efficiency.
