🔍 Looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Requirements Writer 🔎

🔹 What you will be doing: • analyzing BRD/FRD and other client materials, identifying gaps, contradictions, dependencies, and edge cases; • transforming business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; • describing workflows, business rules, roles, validations, exceptions, and expected system behavior; • participating in Discovery and discussing solutions with the architect, Tech Lead, and QA; • formulating questions for the client, participating in meetings, and documenting agreed-upon solutions; • preparing and maintaining technical specifications and documentation for development and testing; • maintaining a requirements register and traceability: requirement → epic → user story → specification; • describing integrations and APIs at a level sufficient for development.

🔎 What's important: • experience working on the vendor/integrator side; • ability to work with incomplete and ambiguous requirements; • strong skills in writing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; • understanding of BPMN / UML; • understanding of APIs, integrations, data, roles, and basic architectural concepts; • experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools.

➕ Experience with ERP/TOS, logistics, industrial systems, or regulated industries will be an advantage.
