We don't collect reports "just for the sake of it". Every decision in the company, from procurement to marketing, is based on data. We are looking for an analyst who will become the key link between figures and profit: find the causes of problems and calculate business development options.

Key responsibilities:

• Identification of anomalies and deep data segmentation to find non-obvious correlations
• Benchmarking and comparison of network indicators with the market to identify blind spots
• Scenario modeling of event development with the construction of several forecast options
• Stress testing the impact of external factors on profitability
• Development of simulation models to assess the impact of parameter changes on profit
• Decomposition of goals, identification of key metrics, and creation of index indicators
• Transformation of data into strategic plans and preparation of materials for TOP management

Requirements:

• SQL — advanced (window functions, CTE)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) or R for statistical modeling
• Understanding of regression, correlation, clustering, probability theory
• The difference between Gross Profit, Net Profit, EBITDA, ROI, ROMI
• Systems thinking: seeing the chain X → Y → Z in 3 months
• Commercial intuition: experience in retail, e-com, or distribution
• Healthy skepticism towards data: not believing the "average temperature in the hospital", looking for tail distributions
