We are developing the company's core service and are looking for an experienced backend developer who will take charge of architecture design, integration with external systems, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of backend service on Python/Django: designing models, implementing business logic and REST API (DRF)
- Development and support of integrations with 1C
- Design and optimization of PostgreSQL schema
- Participation in the core service architecture design, task decomposition, selection of technical solutions
- Configuring backup, ensuring system security and stability
- API performance optimization (response acceleration, reducing database load)
- Covering functionality with tests (pytest + pytest-django), code reviews, maintaining a unified code style
- Configuring logging (django-structlog), metrics, and tracing (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana)
- Local debugging via docker-compose, participation in production parameter configuration
- Interaction with analysts and the product team
Requirements:
- Higher professional education in the field of information technology
- 5+ years of commercial development experience in Python/Django
- Experience in building database and software architecture
- Experience with authentication via WhatsApp / SMS
- Strong command of Django REST Framework, REST API design
- Experience with PostgreSQL: complex queries, optimization
- Practical experience with Celery, Redis, asynchronous tasks
- Containerization experience (Docker, docker-compose)
- CI/CD configuration experience
- Confident Git proficiency
- API documentation experience (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Will be a plus:
- Experience integrating with payment systems (Kaspi, Halyk, Apple Pay, etc.)
- Supabase experience
- Experience using AI tools for development (Claude, Codex, etc.)
- React, TypeScript experience
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles
