We are an international IT company in the iGaming sphere, operating in the market for over 6 years. We are currently developing our own media buying and products in the AI, iGaming, Wellness, and IT sectors. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that good design is not only about visuals but also about results in numbers. This role is within a performance team, where creatives directly influence the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and business metrics.

🔸Tasks

• Creation of static and video creatives for performance marketing.
• Development and testing of new concepts.
• Analysis of content effectiveness and work with advertising campaign results.
• Utilization of AI tools to accelerate and improve work.
• Generation of content focused on business results.

🔸 Requirements

• Experience in creating advertising creatives in the iGaming/GameDev/Crypto spheres.
• Understanding of the performance approach and working through metrics.
• Experience with static creatives.
• Basic or solid knowledge of video content.
• Ability to analyze the results of one's work through numbers.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for design.

🔸Format and Schedule

• Remote work format
• Schedule 5/2, 8 hours (GMT+3).
• Salary: base + KPI, payments in USDT.
