We are looking for a Senior Backend (Python)

We are building an HR-tech platform. Tasks involve architecture, load handling, and an AI-first approach. 70 companies are already working with us, 11,000 employees use the service daily, and we are ready to scale to the market!

Stack: Python 3.11, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes. Microservices, REST, gRPC in places.

We expect from the candidate:

• 4+ years in Python
• solid Django and REST experience
• PostgreSQL at the level of "understanding what's happening under the hood"
• experience with Docker and k8s
• OAuth2, JWT, OWASP

A plus: FastAPI, CQRS, gRPC, Vault, GitLab CI/CD.
