We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst **to join our team and help transform complex transaction data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large-scale transaction and payment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring systems
• Detect anomalies and investigate unusual patterns in transactional data
• Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across systems
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, experiments, and optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, QA, and Operations teams
• Provide actionable recommendations to support strategic business decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, query optimization)
• Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or E-commerce

⭐ Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

⭐ Experience with data modeling and data quality monitoring

⭐ Familiarity with modern data stack tools
