Position: Backend Developer (Go / Rust)

Ailillu is a procurement, receiving, and warehouse management automation system for restaurants.
We are at the MVP stage and are building a platform that:
- integrates with external systems (iiko, CRM, messengers)
- operates on events and microservices
- must scale without losing stability
Currently we have:
- backend in Go (business logic)
- part of the services and infrastructure in Rust
- active architecture development
Job description:
- Backend development experience (any language)
- Understanding:
- REST API
- databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- working with external APIs
- Ability to:
- understand new technologies
- work without a full technical specification
- find solutions
Will be a plus:
- Go
- Rust (or readiness to quickly learn it)
- Microservice architecture
- Event-driven approach
- Kafka / queues / asynchronous programming
- Integration experience
We are looking for an engineer with strong thinking skills:
You are a good fit if you:
- can independently figure out tasks
- are not afraid of the unknown and new stack
- see tasks through to completion, even when it's difficult
- think systemically, not just at the code level
Important:
If you haven't worked with Go or Rust – it's not a problem if you can learn quickly and want to figure it out.
What you will be doing:
- Developing backend logic (Go)
- Integrating with microservices (including those in Rust)
- Designing robust and scalable solutions
- Working with integrations (iiko, CRM, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Ensuring system reliability:
- error handling
- retry / queues
- asynchronous processes
- Maintaining data consistency between services
- Participating in architecture development
