Role Description

This is a full time, remote role. You will oversee LiveOps for multiple ROBLOX games, aiming to provide growth and deliver on metric targets. You will be overseeing a team for every single game and will be hands on in every component of the weekly updates for all games you'll be operating on.

Responsibilites

• Ability to design quality updates and features that can smoothly be integrated into the core gameplay loop of the game and provide value to players
• Able to analyze and interpret KPIs based on their weight to the algorithm and incorporate it strategically within updates
• Managing teams of up to 10 people for every game operated on
• Being able to oversee proper execution of the update and QA testing various times throughout the week before the product is delivered to the QA department for in depth testing
• Prompt communication with leadership and developers
• Being able to turn around updates within very tight deadlines on a weekly basis, 7 day a week availability is needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience in game development and LiveOps for games with minimum 1 million monthly active users
• Advanced experience working with Trello to delegate and organize project workflow
• Prior experience designing and shipping updates for live games
• Experience coordinating and managing teams of various departments, including programming, 3D modeling, animations, QA, etc.
• Ability to operate independently while delivering quality product
• Strong execution skills with prompt turnaround time for deliverables
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting KPIs
• Familiarity with ROBLOX studio
• Fluent in English

Preferred

• Experience shipping updates for live experiences on the ROBLOX platform with minimum 1 million monthly active users as the primary game designer
• Experience analyzing and interpreting ROBLOX specific KPIs and able to distinguish their weight on the ROBLOX algorithm
• Familiarity with programming languages like Luau

This is a salary position with generous bonuses for meeting target numbers. Salary will be adjusted based on cost of living in your specific geographic region.
