We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team behind Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app — a B2B product used by 3M+ active users, including Fortune 500 companies like Apple, Toyota, Revolut, and Warner Bros.

The team behind the app is compact (17 team members) and experienced — no bureaucracy, no micromanagement, and no constant urgency, just good engineering.

• Confident working across both frontend and backend
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, and solid experience with React and Node.js
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
• Care about outcomes, not just output — performance, reliability, bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and long-term product impact
• English B1+ and professional Russian are required for internal team communication

What we offer:

• A mature, profitable product with active development: new features, product improvements, and engineering challenges, not just maintenance work
• Engineering practices that bring real value — no useless rituals and no time tracking
• Remote-first culture with the option to work from our Tallinn office
• Wellbeing support — home office setup budget, additional vacation days, medical insurance and fitness compensation, language courses, training and education budget
