We are developing digital products that help people take care of their physical and emotional well-being. Martspec has been on the market for 6 years, growing organically, fundamentally not taking borrowed money and not depending on investors. This allows us to make the product the way we see it — honest, useful, and without corporate fuss. Now we are looking for an enthusiastic intern or a beginner junior. It's important to be frank: since we grow exclusively with our own funds, we do not offer starting pay.
👤 What you will get

👤 What is important to us
We need a person with a sharp mind. Passive waiting for step-by-step instructions doesn't work here — AI exists for the perfect execution of dry algorithms. We expect you to propose solutions, Google the incomprehensible, and not be afraid to ask questions when you get stuck.
- Understanding of basic web technology principles (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Basic experience with React and TypeScript, and preferably Bootstrap
- Preferably an understanding of how Webpack build tools work.
- Ability to work with Git (commit, create branch, push changes).
👤 Approach to work
- Attention to detail: accuracy when working with the UI, the ability to spot bugs before they reach the user.
- Responsibility: readiness to complete assigned tasks and honestly say if something goes wrong.
- Openness to feedback: the ability to perceive code reviews as a growth point, not as criticism.
🎭 Internship Conditions
⚠️ Important: This is a starting position (unpaid practice for 2–3 months). The role is focused on gaining practical experience and creating real cases for your portfolio. Absolutely no guarantee that it will continue after the initial period or become a paid position.
- Full remote and flexibility: No strict hours, you can work at any convenient time on your own device. The result is important, not the "online" status.
- Asynchronous communication: Convenient chats, calls — only when necessary.
- Life is life: If you need to be away for a few days — it's absolutely normal. The main thing is to inform the team in advance.
