Business Analyst / Methodologist for Medical Information Systems

Real experience with HL7 FHIR - at the level of a national healthcare system. We are looking for a Business Analyst / Methodologist for Medical Information Systems for the digitalization sector of the healthcare industry.

This is a rare opportunity to gain internationally in-demand HL7 FHIR expertise within a national project - on a stable government platform.

The vacancy will suit both current IT analysts and specialists with medical experience transitioning from a clinic to HealthTech: subject matter knowledge here is a professional asset from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Methodological support for MIS development teams on integration;
• Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for information exchange;
• Description of medical business processes based on the healthcare regulatory framework;
• Analysis of data exchange requirements based on HL7 FHIR;
• Preparation of technical specifications and interaction protocols.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Higher education;
• Business analysis experience of 1 year or more; proficiency in requirements gathering and structuring methods;
• Understanding of medical business processes and primary medical documentation of the Republic of Belarus;
• Understanding of integration principles (REST API, HTTP, JSON, XML) at the level of defining requirements for developers;
• Willingness to master the HL7 FHIR standard;
• Process modeling in BPMN / Draw.io.

Will be a plus: medical education (including secondary vocational) or healthcare experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 2000 Belarusian rubles
• Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus, a one-year contract with the possibility of extension;
• Schedule Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00;
• Office in the center of Minsk, metro station "Akademiya Nauk".
