Requirements: 5+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React. Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams (preferably in a startup/scaling environment). Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), hooks, and modern React patterns. Profound knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes. Experience in fintech, payments, or QR-code-based solutions. Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks. Background in performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
