Middle PHP Developer

We are an actively growing team creating a platform for automating business interactions with freelance contractors. We work in a startup mode: fast, flexible, without bureaucracy, and with a high level of influence for each team member on the product and technical solutions.
We are currently looking for a Middle/Middle+ PHP Developer to develop the CRM system and internal platform services.
Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of the backend part of the CRM system using Laravel
- Participation in architecture design and technical decision-making
- Support and optimization of existing functionality
- Working with databases and integrations
- Conducting code reviews and participating in improving code quality
- Writing and maintaining tests
- Interaction with the development team, participation in discussions of product tasks
- Participation in migration and refactoring of individual system parts
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of commercial development experience with Laravel
- Solid knowledge of PHP 7/8
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with Git
- Understanding of REST API principles
- Experience with queues, caching, and query optimization
- Understanding of SOLID, MVC, and design patterns
- Experience writing clean and maintainable code
- English language proficiency from B1 or willingness to develop
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Laravel Livewire
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with CI/CD
- Understanding of microservice architecture
- Experience in fintech or highload projects
- Experience in product teams and startups
