We are an international product technology company developing consumer-facing mobile applications for a global audience.
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team and work on high-quality, performance-focused applications for iOS and Android.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build adaptive, responsive interfaces and complex animations with pixel-perfect precision.
- Design modular, scalable, and testable application architecture.
- Identify and resolve performance issues related to rendering, scrolling, rebuilds, and memory usage.
- Collaborate with Design and Backend teams to deliver a smooth user experience across iOS and Android.
- Improve code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and automated testing.
- Integrate analytics, in-app purchases, push notifications, and other third-party services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter / Dart.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter SDK, widget lifecycle, state management, and animation systems.
- Advanced Dart skills, including asynchronous programming, isolates, generics, and mixins.
- Experience building custom UI components, pixel-perfect layouts, and smooth 60/120 FPS animations.
- Strong knowledge of Bloc, Cubit, or Provider.
- Good understanding of SOLID and Clean Architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter DevTools and performance profiling.
- Experience with Firebase, analytics, in-app purchases, and push notifications.
- Understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems and platform channels for native integrations.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Russian — C1+.
- English — B1+.

- Experience with complex consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile application performance and optimization.
- Experience building highly interactive interfaces and custom animations.
