About Us We are a math learning center in Tashkent. We are actively developing Instagram and building a marketing department from scratch. We are looking for a person who will become the foundation of this system and grow with us.

Main Tasks — Shoot video content on a phone/camera: minimum 3 Reels per day (cinematic, viral, dynamic) — Edit videos in CapCut (at least), DaVinci / Premiere is a huge plus — Control quality: light, sound, frame — identify weak spots and fix them before publishing — Suggest content ideas, don't wait for tasks — If necessary, involve actors for filming (we cover the expenses) — Within 6-12 months — form your own team and manage it

Who We Are Looking For — Experience in mobilegraphy / videography and editing (portfolio required) — Developed visual taste: understands the difference between strong and weak content — Ability to shoot in various styles: cinematic, viral Reels, dynamic hooks, talking head — Proficient in CapCut; knowledge of DaVinci / Premiere / After Effects is a big plus — Discipline and punctuality: meets deadlines, arrives on time — Proactive: sees what needs improvement and does it without waiting for instructions — Ready to work full-time only with us — full focus on one project — Young, energetic, honest, responsive

Conditions — Work schedule from 12:00 to 20:00, 6/1 — For students: A flexible schedule can be arranged to combine with studies — Office in the center of Tashkent (Landmark: Alaian Bazaar, Hyatt Regency) — Trial week — Upon successful completion of the trial week - Paid probation period: 1 month — Salary from 6,000,000 to 15,000,000 — Lighting and microphone provided. An iPhone with a good camera or your own camera is required — Workload: minimum 3-4 Reels per day — Skill to turn 3 likes into "organic growth"!
