Head of Process Office (Banking)

Do you want to be one of the architects of the transformation of the financial sector of Uzbekistan?

We are looking for a Head of the Process Office of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This is a high-level role – Director of the department reporting to the First Deputy Chairman of the Bank with a team of 16–17 people.

The main task is to create and develop a modern process management system, increase the efficiency of internal processes, and achieve practical, measurable results from the changes.

In the scope of responsibility: — transformation and modeling of end-to-end processes; — defining process owners and performance indicators; — preparing processes for automation; — implementing unified standards and regulatory documentation; — developing the process office team.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in management consulting, who have not only developed target models and described processes, but have also personally participated in their practical implementation within large organizations. Specific examples where the candidate independently analyzed and modeled processes, worked with process owners, overcame resistance, and achieved measurable results are especially important.

Subsequent work experience within a bank, financial regulator, government, or other large complex organization is preferred.

Experience in team management and interaction with top management is required. Russian and English languages are mandatory.

Permanent position in Tashkent. Relocation conditions and support are discussed individually.
