We are looking for a SERM Manager for an international iGaming team, who will be responsible for managing the brand's reputation in search results and handling negative content.

🧩 Responsibilities: — Work with negative search results and control content positions — Analyze search results for different GEOs and consider regional specifics — Work with cross-links, sites, and redirectors — Analyze the causes of negative content appearance and find ways to manage its positions — Understand the principles of search engines and apply basic SEO approaches — Monitor domain positions and search result dynamics — Use AI tools for analysis, content preparation, and automation of routine tasks — Participate in testing and development of internal tools for automation of checks

🔎 Requirements: — Experience in SERM or reputation management — Solid Middle-level expertise specifically in SERM — Practical experience working with negative search results — Understanding how to manage website and content positions in search — Understanding the principles of redirectors and websites — Basic knowledge of SEO and position monitoring tools — Experience working with different GEOs, especially CIS — Ability to independently analyze SERM cases and find solutions — Confident use of AI tools will be a plus
