**Mandatory requirements
- Knowledge of ECM platforms, including Content Server;
- Knowledge of languages: SQL, HTML, JavaScript.
Project tasks
- Performing work on the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and changes in IT systems within the framework of IT projects and releases in the DMS area:
- Cost and time estimation for development and implementation of IT systems and changes in IT systems based on customer requirements; - Technical design, modeling, and development of technical specifications for changes in IT systems;
- Software development, fixing issues in software based on testing and operation of IT systems;
- Performing necessary software configurations;
- Assigning and controlling tasks for contractors;
- Conducting functional testing of implemented IT systems and implemented changes;
- Preparing technical and user documentation for implemented IT systems and implemented changes; if implemented by a contractor
โ accepting technical and user documentation; - Planning, coordinating, and implementing preparatory activities for the launch of IT systems and implemented changes into production (e.g., activating functionality necessary for starting work in the IT system, etc.);
- Developing materials and conducting training for employees responsible for supporting the IT system after its launch into production;
- Handing over implemented changes for support.
- To ensure the level of availability and continuity required by the business, as well as disaster recovery of corporate IT systems in case of significant incidents, performs the following tasks in the DMS area:
- Analyzing information on problems and incidents identified in the operation of corporate IT systems, developing workarounds, and instructions for implementing workarounds for employees providing 1st and 2nd line support;
- Training 1st and 2nd line support staff on implementing workarounds;
- Creating requests to vendors for fixing IT system defects;
- Fixing code and configuration defects in IT systems;
- Resolving tasks assigned to the 3rd line to resolve incidents by the 2nd line support;
- Approving the implementation plan for measures to restore the operability of the IT infrastructure and key IT systems (hereinafter referred to as IT Disaster Recovery Plan or IT-DRP) regarding planning steps for recovering IT systems and services within its area of responsibility;
- Conducting IT-DRP testing for the recovery of IT systems and services within its area of responsibility;
- Approving the decision to activate the Business Continuity Plan (hereinafter referred to as BCP) and IT-DRP in case of incidents matching the criteria defined in the plans;
- Completing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for tasks in the DMS area โ causes of the incident and steps for resolution.
- To ensure compliance with information security requirements during the development, implementation, and operation of corporate information systems, performs the following tasks in the DMS area:
- Fulfilling the requirements of the Company's internal regulatory documents for ensuring information security during the development, implementation, operation, and decommissioning of corporate IT systems;
- Ensuring the completeness and availability of documentation for corporate IT systems in accordance with the requirements of the Architecture Department and the Information Security Department.
