Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance).
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and define testing scope.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and automated test scripts.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QC insights and ensuring quality throughout each sprint.
- Mentor and support junior team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Continuously enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing (manual & automation).
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or RestAssured.
- Experience in mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to perform complex data validations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
