We are looking for a strong automation specialist who combines leadership and mentoring qualities. You will be responsible for the development of autotests and building a culture of automation within the QA team: you will write tests yourself, set standards, and involve other engineers in the process.
Responsibilities

- Integrate autotests into CI/CD, maintain stability of runs, analyze and resolve issues;
- Develop automation within the team: conduct code reviews of tests, mentor and train QA engineers, implement unified standards and practices;
- Define testing strategy: what to automate and what to leave for manual verification; prioritize test coverage;
- Perform functional, regression, API, and database (SQL) testing in areas where automation is not feasible;
- Develop and update test documentation: test cases, checklists, acceptance criteria, test plans;
- Analyze and reproduce incidents, document defects, monitor their resolution;
- Collaborate with development, support, and product teams.
Requirements
- Higher technical education or proven practical experience in test automation;
- 4-5 years of experience in testing, with at least 2 years in automation;
- Experience in mentoring or developing QA practices within a team (mentoring, code reviews, implementing standards);
- Deep understanding of testing processes and the software development lifecycle;
- Ability to clearly formulate tasks and describe defects (written and verbal);
- Experience with bug tracking and test management systems (TestRail or similar).
Key Skills (Hard Skills)
- Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript;
- Experience writing E2E tests with Playwright, deep understanding of the framework;
- Understanding of automation patterns (Page Object Model, test architecture organization);
- Experience in API testing (REST/JSON, tools like Postman) and data validation;
- Understanding of client-server architecture and experience with databases (SQL);
- Experience setting up and working with CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar);
- Experience with version control systems (Git);
Will be a plus
- Experience with load/performance testing;

- Powerful work laptops provided;
- 100% compensation for sick leave;
