Hi! We are looking for a Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer — an engineer who sees infrastructure as a system and knows how to make it manageable, not someone who edits configs manually.
Mandatory Requirements: — 5+ years of experience with Linux at a senior level (Debian/Ubuntu) — Confident knowledge of systemd, sysctl, iptables/nftables, tcpdump, iproute2 — Deep understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, TLS, routing, MTU/MSS — Strong Ansible skills: roles, idempotency, safe rollout, refactoring without breaking things — Experience with VPN/proxy stack: WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec, Xray, HAProxy, Squid — Independence: ability to figure out complex issues without hints
Project Tasks: — Manage infrastructure (~2,000 servers, ~20 providers) as a system — Diagnose incidents to the root cause, not just fix symptoms — Write and refactor Ansible roles/playbooks, automate manual operations — Work with VPN/proxy and network services — Interact with hosting providers and data centers
