We are looking for a dev / person who can build crypto projects from scratch.
The scheme is simple. We give the idea, then you need to build a solid project around it yourself and prepare it for launch.
▪️What needs to be done: ▫️Register and set up X ▫️Create a logo, banner, and overall visuals ▫️Prepare the first posts and manage X a bit before launch ▫️Create a nice working website ▫️Implement what is declared in the project, so that everything actually works ▫️Bring the project to a ready state and launch it
You can code yourself, vibe code, use neural networks, or connect with developer friends. The method doesn't matter to us at all. The main thing is that the result is a good project that works and looks decent.
▪️Requirements ▫️Experience in crypto is mandatory. ▫️We are not looking for someone who has just started exploring the topic and wants to try. ▫️You need to at least understand how memes, narratives, X, and launches work. It's good if you have traded memes yourself, created your own projects, or have already worked on something similar. ▫️In general, we need not just a person who knows how to write code. We need someone who understands crypto, can quickly build projects, and can independently bring an idea from zero to a finished launch. Even if previous projects didn't take off, that's okay. ▪️Conditions: ▫️The first project will be a test. ▫️We do not pay a fixed fee for the first project itself. It is needed to assess the speed and quality of work. ▫️If the project turns out well and launches successfully, you will additionally receive a percentage of the launch profit for the first project. ▫️If everything suits both parties, we will continue to work on a permanent basis. ▫️Fixed salary is approximately $3,000–4,000 per month. ▫️The workload is about 5 projects per week. One project can usually be completed in about a day: X, design, website, and the working part. Then you can manage and warm up X for a few days, while simultaneously building the next projects. ▫️$3,000–4,000 is not the ceiling. If a person works well, completes more projects, and they are successful, we can increase the fixed salary and add a percentage of launch profits.
