We’re looking for a proactive Mob Cash Hunter with a strong understanding of MENA and excellent networking skills.

Key markets: Algeria, Egypt & Morocco.

Responsibilities: • Source cashiers and operational specialists across MENA. • Build and maintain a strong professional network. • Handle initial communication and support onboarding. • Work with Payments and Operations teams. • Develop new sourcing channels.

Requirements: • Strong knowledge of the MENA region and local business culture. • Arabic is a strong advantage. • Russian and/or English for team communication. • Excellent communication and networking skills. • Experience in operations, payments, recruiting, support, or sales is a plus. • Direct hunting experience is not required.
