Senior Product Analyst

Most analysts join a team and inherit 40 dashboards nobody remembers building. This one gets to start clean 📊

We at Stape are hiring our first Senior Product Analyst.

🌍 Fully remote, but you need to be based in the EU.

You’ll own product analytics end-to-end: define the metrics that matter, write tracking plans for developers and check events before release, and help build a real A/B testing culture in the product and on the website.

Why it’s interesting: → You’re the first in the role, so you set the standards for how we measure things. → You sit in key product meetings, so measurement is planned with features, not added afterwards. → SaaS metrics like MRR, NDR and retention are your playground.

We’re looking for: 🔹 5+ years in analytics, 3+ as a Product Analyst in an in-house product company 🔹 Strong SQL and Python 🔹 Hands-on A/B testing, including sample size math 🔹 A BI tool you know well (Hex, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Bonus points for Amplitude and SaaS pricing experience.
