Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with practical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for international projects with English-speaking clients.

💻 Work format: remote. 📍 Location: we are only considering candidates already located in the EU, Georgia, or Serbia. Other countries are not suitable.

👨💻 What you will be doing:

• Gathering and structuring business requirements, analyzing complex processes, and translating business tasks into clear functional solutions.
• Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and integrations between CRM, ERP, and external systems.
• Interacting directly with the business, architects, and the development team.
• Participating in acceptance testing — Acceptance Testing / UAT — and supporting the solution until implementation.

🥇 What is important:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience with CRM / ERP / external system integrations.
• Ability to gather and structure requirements, describe functional solutions.
• Experience with Acceptance Testing / UAT.
• Knowledge of Russian. English — B2+ for working with English-speaking clients.
