The Magnit Ads team is growing! We are looking for a #Strategic_Projects_Manager who will help us build a transparent and effective development model for the advertising platform.

Who we need: A person who can turn raw data from finance, commerce, and analytics into clear strategic models. Someone who is not afraid of "numbers" and can defend their calculations to management, agreeing on metrics at the intersection of different departments.

What you will do: 💫 develop strategies and development models for key initiatives. 💫 conduct scenario modeling. 💫 consolidate data from cross-functional teams and update calculation logic for drivers. 💫 build dashboards, presentations, and management reports for top management. 💫 implement initiative ranking systems and conduct strategic workshops.

What we expect from you:

— 3+ years of experience in PMO / strategy (preferably in retail, e-com, or digital). — Excel/Google Sheets at a "master" level: pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query (VBA - will be a plus). — understanding of unit economics: GMV, take rate, CPM/CPC/CPA. — English B1–B2. — and most importantly - the ability to negotiate and build cross-functional interaction.
