Position: Fullstack / Mobile Developer (AI, React, Python / Node.js) Location: Office (Cyprus, Limassol) Company: NDA
We are launching a new direction within a large product — we are creating and developing mobile applications with active use of AI tools. We work in a format of fast product experiments: we launch MVPs, test hypotheses, analyze metrics, and develop products that show results. Initially, the team is compact: Developer + Designer + QA, so the developer will gain a high level of independence and influence on the product.
🔥 What you'll do: • Quickly create and launch new mobile applications and MVPs; • Develop frontend using React + TypeScript and mobile using React Native; • Develop backend using Python and/or Node.js; • Work with REST API, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis; • Implement game and engagement mechanics: challenges, achievements, leaderboards, tournaments, rewards, and progression; • Integrate applications with analytical and internal services; • Independently make technical decisions and choose architecture for MVPs; • Quickly adapt products based on user and business metrics; • Refactor and scale successful MVPs to production quality; • Conduct code reviews, including deep checks of AI-generated code; • Actively use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other modern AI tools in daily development.
✅ What's important to us: • Commercial experience in React + TypeScript development; • Experience in mobile application development; • Practical experience with React Native or other modern mobile stacks; • Commercial backend experience in Python or Node.js; • Experience with FastAPI / Django / Django REST Framework or NestJS / Express / Fastify; • Experience in designing and developing REST APIs; • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, Redis; • Understanding of client state management: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar; • Experience in writing unit/integration and frontend/mobile tests; • Understanding of Docker and CI/CD; • Experience with code reviews and independent technical decomposition; • Ability to balance MVP development speed and production code quality; • Real-world experience using AI tools for development and the ability to critically verify their results.
⭐ Will be a big plus: • Experience in GameDev / gamification; • Experience developing games or working with Unity / Unreal Engine; • Experience implementing tournaments, leagues, challenges, achievements, rewards, and leaderboard systems; • Experience with WebSocket / SSE / real-time systems; • Experience in fintech, trading, betting, iGaming, or entertainment; • Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture; • Knowledge of OpenAPI, BFF, contract-first; • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure; • Understanding of OWASP and secure development principles; • Experience with product analytics and product metrics; • Experience in startups or teams with high development speed.
